Everyone deserves a safe space where they are allowed to unpack and unwind in order to seek their truest self. I strive to hold that space where there is room for laughter, swearing, tears, and whatever else you may bring with you. My goal is to build an honest and genuine therapeutic relationship as we move through this process together.
I do not often stick to only one modality of therapy, but instead will work to get to know you and adapt the therapeutic process to fit you. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be a collaborative relationship where you have a say in your care and I will often check in about what is working and what we can change to support you best. I enjoy working with older teens and adults of all ages who are working on trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.
Taking the first step toward better mental health can often be the most difficult part. Change can be overwhelming, confusing, and scary at times, even more so when we have to go through it alone. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you through your therapy experience. No problem is too small to address, everyone deserves to feel heard.
“On the other side of a window, there is a neighbor. On the other side of the street, there is help. On the other side of town, there is a voice.”
