LSCSW | THERAPIST

Taking the first step toward better mental health can often be the most difficult part. Change can be overwhelming, confusing, and scary at times, even more so when we have to go through it alone. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you through your therapy experience. No problem is too small to address.

Everyone deserves a safe space where they are allowed to unpack and unwind. I strive to hold that space where there is room for laughter, swearing, tears, and whatever else you may bring with you. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and grief in all its forms and have specific interest in working with medical and religious trauma.

I love working with the neurodivergent population and the queer community as well as chatting with people who are just figuring out what comes next in life. All are welcome in my office. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my specialties or if we would be a good fit!

“On the other side of a window, there is a neighbor. On the other side of the street, there is help. On the other side of town, there is a voice.”
