LMSW, THERAPIST
Hi! I am so glad you are here!
Looking for a therapist is an overwhelming task, and especially finding one that you trust and feel safe with. So allow me to give you a glimpse of what working together may look like.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can show up exactly as you are—openly sharing your story and feeling genuinely seen and heard. There’s room here for laughter, tears, swearing, and everything in between. My goal is to create an environment that feels warm, authentic, and transparent as we work through life’s challenges together.
My approach is client-centered and grounded in strengths-based, empowering care for individuals of all ages. While I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, much of my experience has been with teens, college students, and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and struggles with self-harm or suicidal thoughts. I integrate DBT and somatic (body-based) techniques, helping you build practical tools to manage intense emotions, cope in difficult moments, and strengthen relationships—while also tuning into how your experiences are held in your body.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started. Wherever you’re at, we can meet there—one step at a time. I’d love to support you in building a life that is worth staying around for and feels more manageable, connected, and true to who you are.
