Life doesn’t come with a manual, but it does come with a lot of transitions. Some you get to choose, some you don’t. Whether you’re a young adult navigating newly discovered independence, or further along in life and facing a shift you didn’t see coming, I’m here to help you make sense of it. I hold master’s degrees in both Social Work and Health & Wellness Coaching, which means I aim to address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I work with life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, perfectionism, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, adjustment, and those stretches where motivation seems to have packed up and left the room.
Here’s what I want you to know: therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Yes, we’ll do the real work, but I believe healing goes better when there’s room for humor, warmth, and genuine connection along the way. My goal is to help you carry less weight and lead a life that’s in line with your personal values. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s down-to-earth and genuinely invested in your story and growth, I’d love to hear from you.
I serve young adults, individuals in mid-life, and elders and have experience with people from many cultures and backgrounds. Please reach out for telehealth sessions across Kansas or in-person sessions in the Newton office.
